RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY

We always aim to ensure our products of the best quality, but please notify us of any faulty items upon arrival. Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, please email us immediately with photos of the defects and we will organise a replacement. This includes any items that are broken, issues with fabric and stitching. Choosing incorrect sizing is not an acceptable reason for a refund. Please ensure you review the sizing chart before purchasing any of our products. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.​

 

Please note:

Warranty is extended to original owner of the product only, and proof of purchase must be supplied.

We don't accept exchanges or refunds for change of mind on purchases, so please choose your products carefully.

Nor do we accept returns for:

  • Excessive wear and tear

  • Shrinkage in natural fibres

  • Damage from high temperature washing, excessive sun and tumble drying, using fabric softeners or bleach or detergents containing: whiteners, dyes, perfumes, essential oils, vinegar, natural soaps.

  • Modification of the products

  • Snags, Fading or Pilling

Please note, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and that the customer will incur the cost of return postage on these orders. 

 

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: U5/2, Galaup, Street, Little Bay, NSW, 2036, Australia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
